Busy City Centre Hotel - Bath
Join a vibrant, modern hotel in the heart of Bath, where they pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
JWR is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire the Kitchen and F&B teams while ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence.
The Restaurant regularly serves in excess of 250+ covers for breakfast, with a more limited lunch & dinner.
This is a hands on role, where kitchen management experience would be a great advantage
Salary / Package:
- Salary from £32,000 + 15% annual bonus,
- 32 days holiday
- 40-hour contract,
- Meals on duty

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, train, and manage the Kitchen and F&B teams.
✅ Maintain high food quality and safety standards.
✅ Oversee rostering, stock control, and cost management.
✅ Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
✅ Act as Duty Manager when required.
