You’re an experienced accountant, working within a practice environment and happy managing a team of juniors (even if you've not done it before).

Career-wise you want to be a partner, and looking for a firm which will support your growth.

You'll bring your technical expertise (and probably some ACCA or ACA exam passes), along with a love of working with clients to achieve their objectives.

Responsible for four juniors, if you don't have proven management experience, you'll at least appreciate the qualities required to ensure a team work well together, producing a full set of management information for a range of clients from private individuals to larger international companies.

Being proactive, handling issues and queries, offering support and advice.

Salary will be competitive, based on your experience (we're open to applications from those not fully qualified but with a minimum of six years of experience) and you can expect 23 days of holiday, rising to 25 days (+ 8 days bank holiday days too), as well as the opportunity to develop your career where they have a proven track record f offering a career path.

You'll be 100% office-based but they're a friendly bunch and have plenty of social events throughout the year.
