Job Description

We are working with a client who is currently looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. This is a contract role that can last up to 12 months and offers hybrid working, with one day per week being based in the company's Exeter offices and the rest of the time working from home.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead projects that will assist with increasing internal communications and engagement
- Assess the effectiveness of projects
- Ensure that all internal members of the organisation are involved, updated, and included in projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior members of the company to ensure there is engagement throughout the whole organisation

Candidate requirements:

- Experience of working in a similar role previously within a large organisation
