We are excited to partner with a prestigious medium-sized architecture practice in London as they seek an experienced Architect to join their dynamic team. This firm, renowned for its award-winning high-end design in the commercial workplace and residential sectors, is looking for a passionate and confident Architect to contribute to their complex and celebrated projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of refurbishment projects and experience working across all RIBA stages. Strong communication skills are crucial, as the role involves client-facing responsibilities, coordination with consultants, and on-site work with contractors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading practice of 28 professionals and play a key role in their office, working with top-tier clients on medium and large-scale projects. While the role is office-based, the company offers flexible working hours with core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, providing flexibility around childcare and other commitments.

- Fully qualified architect with substantial post-Part III experience.
- Experience in substantial architectural and interior projects, focusing on the refurbishment and extension of existing buildings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about pushing the boundaries of design.
- Excellent computer skills, with strong and demonstrable technical and design abilities.
- Collaborative, with good interpersonal skills and a strong team player mentality.
- Strong sketching and visualisation skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; Revit experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical skills/detailing experience is required.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- On-site experience working closely with contractors to ensure a high level of finish is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work as part of a large team or to lead a small project team.
- Proficiency in InDesign/Adobe.
- Knowledge of additional modelling software is beneficial.
