Senior Architect - high end private residential
Central London
Upto £55,000 but possible for flexibility
We are representing an established small architecture and design studio renowned for prestigious projects primarily in the residential sector. Our client, a team led by two directors and supported by a team of four people, is seeking a Senior Architect to assist in the successful management of projects and the team.
They are looking for a confident, pragmatic architect with experience across all RIBA stages, from client-facing interactions to on-site delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience running a small team and mentoring less experienced architects and assistants, addressing technical issues as they arise.
Given the collaborative nature of this small firm, the right individual will be a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to project demands. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and retail, though residential remains the primary focus.
Currently, the studio has several projects in London and beyond, ranging from planning stages to on-site execution. We are seeking individuals with high-quality design experience on similar projects for private clients, who can hit the ground running on multi-million-pound schemes.

- RIBA Part 3 or ARB registered project architect, with substantial UK based experience post qualification
- Excellent client facing skills
- Experience running high-end residential projects
- UK projects from initial client contact to completion
- All RIBA stages
- Vectorworks experience or the ability to transfer across.
