Position Overview
The Private Client Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing advice to clients, handling a range of matters and the successful candidate will work closely with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the firm's growth.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with referrers and clients
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Manage Estate Administration, Trusts, and Taxation matters
- Handle Court of Protection cases effectively
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets
- Develop new opportunities and attract clients
Requirements
- 2+ years PQE or equivalent experience as a Fee Earner
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
- Client-focused with exceptional communication skills
- Committed to delivering high-quality client service
- Eager to develop legal career and contribute to the team
