Position Overview

The Senior Pensions Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the trustee board and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's DB and DC pension schemes. Providing hands-on support to the Head of Pensions in managing investments, accounts, cash-flows, and TPAs.

Responsibilities
* Support the Trustee board and provide full secretariat duties.
* Ensure operational governance and compliance of pension schemes.
* Manage benefits, including the flexible benefits programme.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
* Support all aspects of pensions management - investment, administration, accounts, cash-flows, TPA, communications and policy.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of pensions experience, ideally gained within a Consulting environment.
* Scheme secretariat and governance experience.
* APMI would be advantageous.
