Position Overview
The Pensions Implementation Consultant will work on a remote basis and will play a crucial role in leading client implementation projects, ensuring efficient delivery of project tasks, and providing technical expertise in defined benefit pension schemes. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the successful delivery of pension solutions for our client's diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
* Oversee client implementation projects for the workstream
* Facilitate the collection and analysis of client requirements
* Create detailed documentation of requirements
* Convert requirements into effective system solutions
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve queries and issues
* Ensure the timely delivery of project tasks
* Lead client meetings and status calls throughout the project
* Mentor and develop Implementation Analysts
* Promote continuous improvement within the team and department
* Support project management activities
Requirements
* Excellent technical pensions knowledge in Defined Benefit schemes
* In-depth understanding of pension member records setup
* Knowledge of relationships between pension stakeholders
* Familiarity with different types of Pension Schemes
* Understanding of member statuses and applicable calculations
* End-to-end project lifecycle experience
* Strong client relationship skills
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
