An insurance company based in the heart of the City are looking for an EA to join the team on a permanent basis to support at C suite level.

THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
The EA’s duties will include:
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing correspondence including reports and agendas
- Provide logistical corporate event management
- Diary management support and organising meetings
- Process expenses
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working as an EA at C suite level within the insurance sector
- Experience taking minutes in meetings of a complex nature
- Able to create board level PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to effectively manage and prioritise own workload
- Excellent problem solving skills
