Requirements

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment.
  • Leadership and team management abilities, being a leader from the front
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Knowledge fine dining cooking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
