Position Overview
As the HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's HR function, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a reputable legal practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day HR operations
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide guidance on HR policies
  • Coordinate recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable for this role
  • Proven experience in an HR position, preferably within the legal sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to all office locations as required
