Position Overview
The Conveyancing Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's conveyancing team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. You will work closely with three fee earners, managing multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Communicate effectively with clients and providing excellent care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence
Requirements
- Previous legal experience, with conveyancing experience desirable
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
