Our client, a respected law firm with a strong presence in the region are seeking an experienced Trusts Lawyer to head up their Trusts department. This established team have a superb reputation and much of the work comes from recommendations and existing clients.
Position Overview
As the Head of Trusts, you will play a pivotal role in strategically building a profitable and sustainable team and being accountable to the Partners for your part of the firm's business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and success in the private wealth legal sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a focused business development plan
- Build and manage a team of highly competent professionals
- Ensure efficient processes and IT for excellent client service
- Raise the firm's public profile and image
- Achieve agreed financial objectives and other KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Trusts Lawyer
- Dedication to providing excellent client service
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good judgement, maturity, and risk awareness
