Position Overview
As a Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients across a range of family law matters. You will manage your own caseload, focusing on divorce, finances, children, and cohabitee disputes, while contributing to the firm's growth through marketing initiatives such as writing articles and blogs for the website and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload in private family law
- Run an independent caseload, providing expert advice and representation to clients
- Negotiate and advise clients on settlements, ensuring their best interests are met
- Assist in the marketing of the firm by writing engaging articles and blogs for the website and social media platforms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and best practices
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 3-6 PQE
- Strong experience in family law
- Excellent negotiation and client advisory skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive and collaborative team player
