Fresh Food Café - Plymouth

Salary:

  • £33,000 + Tips
  • 40 hours p/w
  • Daytime hours only
  • Christmas & Boxing day off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team.
  • Managing stock control, ordering, and food costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation standards.
  • Driving the kitchen's efficiency and productivity to meet customer expectations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role, ideally within a branded restaurant or chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Passionate about fresh food & sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader with a positive attitude.
