Position Overview
The Senior Pensions Administrator will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administration services for complex pension schemes, collaborating with the UK and other European based teams to deliver high-quality support to the Trustee, members, and the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Administer complex pension processes, including retirement, divorce, and transfers
* Handle escalated member queries requiring in-depth pensions knowledge
* Provide support to other Senior Pension Administrators as needed
* Assist the Operational Team Leader in managing outstanding cases
* Collaborate with the pension team for end-to-end service delivery

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of Senior Pension Administration experience
* A-level education or higher
* PMI pension administration qualification (APMI, RPC, CPC) preferred
* Advanced technical knowledge of defined benefit schemes and UK legislation
* Experience processing and authorising pension calculations
* Proficiency in pensions administration systems, preferably Compendia
