Our client, a reputable Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team in Essex. Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional conveyancing services and you will manage your own caseload, handling a range of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. This position requires a strong technical knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate expertise in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions
  • Build and maintain excellent rapport with existing clients and agents
  • Attract new clients and develop new contacts to expand the firm's client base
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all conveyancing transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
