Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in leading and managing a talented kitchen brigade.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovative culinary creations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end establishment.
  • Expertise in steakhouse cuisine and passion for delivering exceptional dishes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior chefs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Flexible approach to work, including weekends and evenings.
