The Role

As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies across all market segments and channels in the UK.

As Director of Sales you will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals, you will work closely with Revenue and Operational teams to define business plans, achieve revenue targets, and optimise sales performance.

Key Responsibilities of Director of Sales:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage and expand key client relationships, driving revenue across Luxury, MICE, Corporate, and E-Commerce segments.
  • Work in close collaboration with Revenue Management to define targets and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Oversee and drive sales for group bookings, events (MICE), and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise pricing strategies.
  • Present business reviews and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
