We are seeking a Head PGA Professional to oversee and innovate our clients golf operations.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in golf coaching, management, and operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional member and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Golf Academy Manager, Lead and mentor a team of golf professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive coaching programs for members and guests of all skill levels.
- Manage day-to-day golf operations including scheduling, equipment inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and membership development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- PGA membership with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve financial targets and drive profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for golf and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
