Role Overview:
As the Assistant Service Apartment Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the apartment complex. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the service apartment complex, ensuring an impeccable guest experience.

- Oversee the coordination of check-ins and check-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the apartments and common areas to luxury standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Ensure that guest requests and needs are met with attention to detail, exceeding expectations where possible.
- Support the manager in administrative tasks, including booking management, inventory control, and reporting.
- Monitor and manage guest feedback, working to continuously improve service offerings.
