Requirements

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar, high quality food establishment
  • Great team attitude, someone who enjoys working in a happy, organised and perfectly functioning kitchen and wants to contribute to the success of the venue
  • Keen eye for details, and strong H&S knowledge
  • Passion for quality ingredients and seasonality, creative flair and knowledge of British cuisine
