Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to assist a Local Police Force with managing properties and facilities over a designated area. This role is based in Merseyside, so may be of interest to candidates based within this area.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide reactive maintenance/ repairs support, including out of hours work
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
- Complete inspections on properties to ensure property compliance and health and safety regulations are met
Candidate requirement:
- Hold a HNC, or NVQ (level 4), qualification
- Experience of working within a similar role previously
