Job Description
We are looking for a registered Building Inspector (Class A-D) to assist a Local Authority based in South-East London with maintaining building regulations across the borough.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure any plans for works are compliant with regulations
- Inspect works as they progress to ensure their compliance with regulations
- Manage any works that are not meeting regulations
- Respond to members and stakeholders queries regarding building legislation
Candidate requirements:
- Must be BSR registered
- Experience of working within a similar role previously
