An exciting opportunity has become available to work with a Local Authority, based in London. Our client is looking for a Tenancy and Community Services Manager. The role covers tenancy and community services, which includes housing management, community engagement, and youth support services.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be part of the housing senior management team to help develop policies and procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service across departments
- Develop services where needed
- Lead teams to ensure projects are successfully completed
Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislations
- Vast experience of tenancy related service demands
- Experience of working within a similar role previously
