Job Description

We are currently looking for a HR Officer to assist a Local Authority based in Warwickshire. This is a hybrid role, which requires 3 days of office working per week.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure staff are aware of policies and procedures
- Ensure relevant guidance, education and support is given to managers across the borough on topics including disciplinaries and sickness leave
- Assist with developing new policies to meet new legislations

Candidate requirements:

- CIPD level 5, or other relevant qualification
- Experience of working within a similar role previously, preferably within the public sector
