Our client, a well-established property law firm, is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join their growing team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a conveyancer to contribute to the firm's ongoing success and deliver exceptional service to their valued clients.
Position Overview
You will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload, working closely with developers across the region to provide clear, honest and transparent legal advice on property transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a busy and varied caseload of new build conveyancing matters
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and excellent customer service to clients
- Utilise dedicated paralegal support to focus on critical legal work
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
Requirements
- Previous experience in new build and residential conveyancing
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
