We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join a small and supportive finance team as a Junior Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the processing of invoices and customer invoicing
  • Provide customers with copies of invoices as required
  • Investigate missing invoices and respond to customer queries
  • Upload customer invoices to the system
  • Monitor the finance email inbox and handle enquiries efficiently
  • Update customer payment information on the system
  • Cash cheques and provide cover for team members
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Grade C in Maths and English GCSEs
  • Some work experience within a finance or accounting function
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
